Pinquita de Mono

Pinquita de Mono (Capsicum Annum)
This is claimed to be the hottest Aji pepper. It is a capsicum annum type from Peru.
It comes from the region close to Lima. It has an excellent flavor. Some say one of the best annum types that they have tasted
besides the Tepin.
A very good producer it grows into a small low lying bush. Peppers are conical in shape and mature from green
to dark red. A company named Organic Originals makes a great Private Reserve Hot Sauce out of this pepper. I supply them.
At Refining Fire Chiles we isolate our seed production plants to avoid
cross-pollination with other chile species. If you want to try it yourself contact us for seeds, plants (March-August) and fresh chiles (September).
We also grow the Trinidad 7 Pot, Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Morich, Chocolate Habanero and many other Hot Chile Pepper plant
varieties!
